Causes of Gallbladder Stone-
As blood cholesterol level rises, so that’s quantity also increased in bile juice. Then, the ratio of bile salts and cholesterol is disturbed. Cholesterol first accumulates in the gallbladder in the form of powder and then in the form of stones.
Some people's red blood cells have a shorter lifespan of hemoglobin. Patients suffering from diseases like thalassemia, PNH, ITP, etc are suffering from this problem. In their case, the red blood cells break down so quickly that their debris begins to accumulate in the blood. The body is now trying to get them out through bile juice. But when the amount of debris is too much, it comes out of the gallbladder and accumulates as a black stone in the gallbladder. They are mainly made with the addition of bilirubin pigment, calcium phosphate, and calcium carbonate.
Brown Pigment stones are made of a mixture of calcium palmitate, calcium stearate, and calcium bilirubin. When there is any obstruction in the bile duct or gall bladder duct, bile accumulates in that place and causes inflammation. If the treatment is not started at the right time, brown-colored stones start to accumulate in the gallbladder.
What is the problem when you Ignoring gallstone deposits in your body:
A doctor shares his experience with us of a patient who suffering from gallbladder stones. “Recently, a 45-year-old patient came to see me and said that he had been having severe pain in his upper abdomen for the last three days. It is moving towards the shoulder on the right side of the back, accompanied by nausea and fever. I then asked him to do an ultrasound. That test showed that there were numerous stones and inflammation in the gallbladder. Seeing this, I decided to operate on laparoscopy without relying on drugs. When I started the operation, I saw with the help of the camera that his gallbladder was eight inches long and swollen like a balloon. The surface of the pouch has turned black which is a sign of gangrene. The patient's gallbladder could not be caught. The colon and duodenum were attached to his gallbladder. When they were released, it was found that an abnormal passage had formed in the gallbladder due to inflammation and formed gangrene. First, the duodenum and colon were sewn apart from the gallbladder. The junction of the gallbladder and bile duct is then cleaned and the cystic duct coming out of the sac and the cystic artery on the other side are closed with a clip. It is then released from the liver into the gallbladder. There was decay in various parts of the gallbladder. Finally, with the help of a device, a bag is inserted into the abdominal cavity and the entire gallbladder, stones, and contaminated juices are removed and sent for biopsy. All the stones of the patient are cholesterol stones.”
The danger of neglecting the gallbladder stone
The patient has known he has had a stone in the gallbladder for the past year. He has suffered terribly in the last two years. He ignores the fact that sometimes the pain subsides. If he had only been a few hours late to come to the doctor, the completely contaminated bile juice would have spread the infection firstly. Then it would spread throughout the body through the blood and cause a fatal problem. So if you have pain or digestive problems, first get an ultrasound from a reliable institution as advised by the doctor. If there are stones, recurrent pain, nausea, loss of appetite, seek medical attention without waiting. He will make the right decision.
