10 types of Foods to Avoid During Gastric Problems and Gastritis

If you have a gastric problem you have to avoid some foods. Especially you have to avoid radish.

Radish contains a type of sugar that is raffinose. If you take this food it can gain excess gas and that causes belly aches, belly flatulence this type of more problem.

9.Green raw Jackfruit

Green raw Jackfruit is nutritious but it is not good for gastric patients. These vegetable seeds cause a lot of gassiness and bloating. So, it should be avoided.

8.Legume Foods

Sometimes Rajma warms the body so it should be avoided. A type of complex sugar oligosaccharide found in Beans, Peas, lentils these types of legume foods. Sometimes it is not digested very well so those are usually gassy foods.

White gram and Kabli gram can cause the gastric problem.

Some people have lactose intolerance so milk and other dairy products cause gastric problems.

Although apples are a great source of many nutrients it can cause stomach bloating in some people.

Many foods like chewing gum, candies, diabetic jams, nutritional bars, shredded coconut, diet soft drinks, surimi, or cooked sausages contain artificial sweeteners made with artificial sorbitol. These types of foods are surely not taken if you are facing the chronic gastric disease.
